Common issues

I subscribed but haven't received my license key email

1. Check your spam/junk folder — automated emails sometimes end up there.

2. Wait up to 5 minutes — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.

3. If still nothing, use the form above. Include the email address you used at checkout and we will resend the key manually.

My license key says "not found" or "invalid"

Make sure you are copying the full key including the SNIP- prefix. Keys look like: SNIP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

If the key is correct and still not working, contact support with your key and the email address you subscribed with.

My label is not being detected or is cropping incorrectly

Try these steps:

1. In the workspace, use the Courier dropdown on the label card to select your courier manually (UPS, DPD, or InPost).

2. Click Re-crop after changing the courier.

3. Use the Advanced panel to adjust the threshold, margin, or start position.

If nothing works, use the form above to send us a sample PDF (remove or blur any personal details first). We will add support for your format.

The label is upside down or sideways
Use the Rotate button on the label card. Each click rotates 90°. SnipShip auto-detects orientation in most cases, but some unusual PDF layouts may need a manual rotation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the account page and click Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, change your plan, or update payment details. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
I want a refund
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if SnipShip does not work for your labels. Use the contact form above, select Refund request, and include your payment email address. We process refunds within 1–2 business days.
Can I use SnipShip on more than one computer?
Yes. Each license supports up to 3 devices. Install the extension on each Chrome browser and enter the same license key on each one.
