SnipShip is a Chrome browser extension that crops courier shipping label PDFs into 4×6 printer-ready files. It is a tool to assist with label preparation. You are responsible for confirming that generated labels are correct, readable, and accepted by your courier before dispatching any shipment.
SnipShip includes a 30-day free trial from the date the trial is first recorded for your device fingerprint (and, where available, your signed-in Chrome account). No payment is required to start. After the trial ends, a paid license key is required to continue processing labels.
Reinstalling the extension does not start a new trial. The original trial window resumes (remaining days are preserved; an expired trial stays expired). We may record technical identifiers and trial-check counters to prevent abuse and to operate the trial fairly. See the privacy policy.
Paid access is available as a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise SnipShip to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing interval.
After a successful payment, a license key is emailed to you. This key activates the extension and works on up to 3 devices simultaneously. You must not share, sell, or transfer your license key. SnipShip reserves the right to revoke keys that are shared beyond the permitted device limit. Device slots are tracked using Install ID, last-seen time, and browser User-Agent solely for license enforcement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account page. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If SnipShip does not work for your label formats within 7 days of your first payment, contact us via the support page and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
SnipShip may only be used for its intended purpose of preparing shipping label PDFs. You must not:
SnipShip is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that the extension will correctly detect or crop every label format from every courier at all times, as label designs change without notice. We are not liable for misdirected shipments, failed deliveries, or any losses arising from the use of labels generated by SnipShip. Always verify your labels before dispatch.
We aim to keep SnipShip available and updated, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The extension may stop working correctly if a courier significantly changes their label format. We will endeavour to release updates promptly when this occurs.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of SnipShip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
