How to crop and print Evri labels from Vinted on a 4×6 printer

You sold an item on Vinted, booked it with Evri, and the label came down in that awkward layout that doesn't suit a thermal printer. One label is annoying. Several at once, with a courier collection sheet mixed in, is worse. Here's how to get every one of them to a clean 4×6.

Why Evri labels need cropping

Vinted's Evri dispatch PDF is built for A4, not for a 4×6 roll. The label sits in one part of the page with a lot of empty space around it, and sometimes a second section underneath. Send that straight to a Zebra, Munbyn or Rollo and you get a shrunken label with a white border, or a label that runs off the edge of the roll.

The label itself is fine. It's the page around it that's wrong, and that's exactly what SnipShip removes.

Crop a single Evri label: quick steps

1. Book the Evri shipment on Vinted and download the label from your Vinted account or the confirmation email.
2. Open SnipShip in Chrome and drop the PDF into the drop zone. It detects the Evri layout on its own. There are no settings to pick.
3. The cropped label appears under Ready labels, already sized to 4×6.
4. Hit Print all to send it straight to your thermal printer, or Download all to save the 4×6 PDF first.

That's the whole flow. No manual dragging, no fiddling with scale percentages, no re-saving the file between apps.

Multiple Evri labels in one go

Sold several items? Drop all the Evri PDFs into the same session. Each one is detected and cropped separately, and they all land in the Ready labels list together. One Download all gives you every label at 4×6 in a single file, in order, ready to print in one run.

You don't need to keep them tidy on the way in either. Drop them in whatever order they downloaded.

Evri courier collection sheets

If you've booked a courier collection, one of those PDFs isn't a parcel label at all. It's the collection sheet, and it has a different layout. SnipShip flags it separately so you can see at a glance which one it is.

Each label has a courier dropdown next to it. For the collection sheet, choose Evri Collection and it's cropped to match the rest. Your parcel labels and your collection sheet then print together at 4×6 in the same batch.

This is the part most people get stuck on: the collection sheet looks broken when it's cropped as a normal parcel label, because it isn't one. Setting it to Evri Collection is the whole fix.

Mixed courier batches

Evri rarely arrives on its own. If your batch also has InPost, DPD or UPS labels in it, drop those in the same session too. Each is detected by its own layout, so a mixed download still comes out as one print-ready set. See the InPost guide for how the orientation handling works there.

What if the crop still looks off?

If a label was scanned oddly or came from an unusual PDF, use Re-crop on that individual label, or Rotate if the orientation isn't right. Everything else in the batch stays as it is, so you only redo the one that needs it.
