How to print InPost labels from Vinted on a 4×6 printer

InPost is one of the most common Vinted couriers in the UK — and one of the most awkward to print. Labels can land sideways, portrait, or buried in an A4 page. Here's how to get a clean 4×6 every time.

Why InPost labels are unpredictable

Vinted's InPost dispatch PDFs don't always put the label in the same orientation. What prints correctly one week may be rotated the next. Your Zebra, Munbyn, or Rollo expects a fixed 4×6 frame — so you need a crop that adapts, not fixed printer settings you set once and forget.

The two common layouts: label sitting sideways (landscape on an A4 page) and label in portrait orientation mid-page. Both need cropping before printing.

Print InPost from Vinted: quick steps

1. Book InPost on Vinted and download the dispatch PDF from your Vinted account.
