When you sell on Vinted and book a courier, you get a full A4 PDF — not a label sized for your thermal printer. This guide explains why that happens and the fastest way to get a clean 4×6 print.

Why Vinted labels don't fit your printer

Vinted dispatch PDFs bundle the shipping label with courier instructions, branding, and whitespace. Your Zebra, Munbyn, or Rollo expects a 4×6 (101×152mm) label — so printing the PDF as-is wastes label stock or prints tiny in the middle of the stock.

The label area itself is the right size. It's just buried in the page. You need to extract it.

• A 4×6 thermal label printer (Zebra ZD series, Munbyn, Rollo, or any 101×152mm printer)
• Chrome browser
• Your Vinted dispatch PDF (downloaded after booking InPost, DPD, or Evri)
